All Saints Rhawnhurst is an Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Pennsylvania first founded as All Saints Moyamensing in Southeast Philadelphia. In 1949, All Saints Moyamensing merged with Ascension Mission in Rhawnhurst and became All Saints Parish, Rhawnhurst. We are a lively congregation of people of all ages who enjoy worship, spiritual formation, and fellowship together. We gather for Holy Eucharist each Sunday where we hear readings from the Bible, sing songs, hear a sermon, and have Holy Communion together. We are a liturgical church who values the tradition of the saints and leaders throughout the ages much like the Roman Catholic Church. Yet, we are also a Bible based church who takes seriously the importance and value of Holy Scripture even when we differ in interpretation much like the Protestant tradition. We invite your questions and doubts and we seek to love you first. A common joke about Episcopalians is, “When you have five Episcopalians in a room, you have ten opinions.”
